that Selection Resource does — people as individuals,
teams, and organizations.
Over the years we have developed and refined techniques,
but avoid a 'one size fits all' approach. We look carefully for the appropriate ways to
deal with specific situations.
We recognize that people are part of a larger system and
the complexity of any system requires a multi-faceted approach.
We do not sell our tools, e.g. tests, appraisal systems or
coaching. These tools are only part of the systems approach we use in doing our work. A
single tool may not be an end in itself and may not achieve the desired outcomes.
