We also provide retained search work on a time and expense

 Dr. Summons is licensed as a
psychologist in the State of Ohio and specializes in the selection and performance of
employees and work teams. He is also Diplomate of the American Board of Psychological
Specialties with a specialty in Psychological Assessment, Evaluation, and Testing.
He is a Graduate of Franklin and Marshall College, has a
Master of Science Degree in Psychology from Villanova University, and a Doctor of
Philosophy Degree in Psychology from the University of Toledo.
Dr. Summons is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S.
Army Reserve, and a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. He has
ten years business management experience in addition to his work as a consulting
psychologist.
