Selection Resource works with employers, law firms, and security firms to prevent and/or manage violence in the workplace.

Risk Prevention

  • Provide pre-employment screening
  • Assist in the development and presentation of violence prevention and/or training programs

When Risk is Evident

  1. Work in concert with employer, legal and security representatives to assess the situation.
  2. Organize risk assessment process and psychological/psychiatric assessment team.
  3. Coordinate psychological/psychiatric intervention team.
  4. Design and manage workplace behavior and performance intervention processes.
  5. Devise and execute a strategy to end intervention.
